You can browse without submitting a quote request. This website has no customer account or analytics tracking. Fonts and photographs are served by the website rather than external font or stock-photo services.

Requesting a quote

When online requests are active, the form collects your name, email and/or phone number, preferred contact method, property street address, unit or suite if supplied, city, province, postal code and country, home or property details, requested cleaning service, scheduling preferences and notes. Rental enquiries may also include optional business, property and listing details.

Bobbie uses this information to review your request, assess service needs, contact you, manage the enquiry and send a transactional acknowledgement when you provide an email address. A request does not create a booking or a newsletter or marketing signup. The form does not collect payment or card information.

Service providers

Netlify hosts this website and stores quote and notification records. Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent automated or fraudulent submissions. Resend handles transactional email delivery. These providers may process technical information needed to operate their services in addition to the enquiry details.

Mapbox address suggestions

Address suggestions are provided using Mapbox. When you use address autocomplete, text entered into the address field is sent to Mapbox so matching address suggestions can be returned. You can enter or edit your address manually without selecting a suggestion.

The quote record stores the postal address you confirm. It does not store Mapbox feature identifiers, search-session tokens, coordinates, search history or raw suggestion responses. Mapbox does not receive Bobbie’s signed quote or notification records through this integration.

Sensitive details & direct contact

Do not submit access codes or lockbox details through the quote form. Arrange sensitive access information directly with Bobbie.

Text, phone and email links open your own messaging, phone or email service. Details you share through those services are used to discuss and manage your enquiry.

Retention & questions

Information is retained only as reasonably needed to respond to and manage enquiries and business records, subject to applicable requirements.
